Executive Director – Workforce Development
Rajni Bhatla serves as the Executive Director – Workforce Development at MSM Global, where she leads strategic initiatives to strengthen operational systems, optimize resources, and enhance the efficiency of workforce development programs across the organization.
With deep expertise in administration, procurement, vendor management, and cost optimisation, Rajni ensures the smooth delivery of large-scale skilling and training projects. She also oversees corporate travel, contract negotiations, and compliance, bringing a structured, results-driven approach to operational excellence.
Rajni’s leadership is key to aligning back-end operations with MSM Global’s broader skilling and employment goals. Her experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality contribute significantly to building a scalable and impact-oriented workforce development ecosystem.
Rajni Bhatla
Executive Director – Workforce Development

Dr. Sonali Sinha
Vice President – Public Sector Partnerships and Skill Development
Dr. Sonali Sinha is a hospitality and training expert with over 25 years of experience across premium hotel chains, academia, and the skilling ecosystem. She served as CEO of the Tourism & Hospitality Sector Skill Council under NSDC and MSDE, where she led a tenfold growth in training numbers and enabled over 100,000 job placements within 18 months.
With a strong foundation in operations from brands like The Leela, The Taj Group, and Kenilworth Hotels, Sonali transitioned into hospitality education and later led learning and development for an educational group spanning 55 institutions. She has been instrumental in building institutions, designing large-scale skilling programs, and advising public and private stakeholders on workforce development.
A doctorate in Hotel Management, she holds five academic degrees, eight professional certifications, and is an ICF-certified Life Coach. With over 39 publications, she actively contributes to national employment and entrepreneurship initiatives, bringing deep sectoral knowledge and strategic leadership to MSM Global’s public-sector skilling efforts.
Uttam Raju
Regional Head – B2G
Uttam Raju serves as the Regional Head – B2G at MSM Global, based in Lucknow. He brings extensive experience in operations and project management, with a focus on delivering impactful solutions in the Government and Public Service sectors.
Prior to joining MSM Global , Uttam held key roles at Deloitte and U-Cube Ecotech, where he successfully led cross-functional teams and managed complex projects. His strengths lie in stakeholder engagement, project tracking, and resource optimization to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
With a strong understanding of public-sector dynamics and a commitment to excellence, Uttam plays a pivotal role in expanding MSM Global B2G initiatives and strengthening partnerships that drive long-term value.
